1. Description of Service

OsintRai is a travel-risk monitoring and analysis platform built on open-source intelligence (OSINT), providing risk conclusions, evidence chains, threshold alerts, report export and team collaboration. The free tier provides baseline risk conclusions; paid subscriptions unlock depth features.

Platform data is aggregated and analyzed automatically from public sources (such as USGS, GDELT, NASA EONET and market data). It is provided for reference only and does not constitute any guarantee of safety.

2. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select; fees and entitlements are as published on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; entitlements remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We may adjust prices with advance notice; adjustments do not affect the current paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not: use the service for any unlawful purpose; surveil, harass or dox individuals; circumvent access controls or quota limits; scrape, reverse engineer or resell platform data; or interfere with the operation of the service.

Accounts violating these terms may be limited, suspended or terminated.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform software, interface, analytical models and report formats belong to OsintRai. Subscribers may use exported reports within their organization; public resale of platform output requires permission. Raw data from public sources remains the property of its respective publishers.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Risk assessments are automated analyses of public data and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Travel, business and security decisions should be made independently with official sources; OsintRai is not liable for decisions made based on platform information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OsintRai is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss; aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for violations of these terms, legal requirements or discontinuation, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law and dispute venue follow the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered.
