1. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address, display name and authentication credentials you provide at registration (passwords are stored hashed; we cannot read them in plain text).

Subscription and payment information: your plan, order records and payment status. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; OsintRai does not store your full card number.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, API call volume and approximate region (inferred from IP), used for product improvement and capacity planning.

Conversation records: prompts and responses in the Agent are stored as an account asset.

Communications: correspondence you send to privacy@osintrai.com or through in-product channels.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the service: authentication, subscription tiering, alert delivery and report export.

To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage statistics inform feature prioritization.

We use only de-identified demand themes, frequencies and trends to improve the product; raw conversations are not used to train models and require explicit, audited authorization to access.

To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.

To comply with law: retention and disclosure obligations where applicable law requires.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and language preferences, and analytics cookies to understand feature usage. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the service.

4. Third-Party Services

The service relies on infrastructure and data providers including content delivery and security (Cloudflare), payment processing, identity services, and public intelligence data sources (such as USGS, GDELT and NASA EONET). Public data sources do not receive your personal information.

Third-party providers process data only as needed to perform their functions and are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained for the life of your account. You may request account deletion; we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we are legally required to keep.

Conversation records are retained until you delete them; deletion applies only to conversations owned by your account.

6. Data Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if a data incident affects your rights, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@osintrai.com.

8. Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated from time to time; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
